Due to our automated systems, we cannot edit a shipping address once the order has been placed, submitted & processed. Please be sure to thoroughly proof-read your information before submitting your order.
Orders take 3-5 business days to process prior to shipping, followed by up to 10-21 business days for delivery. There are no express or upgraded shipping options. Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be cancelled or edited. For high order volumes, shipments may be delayed slightly. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.
Some of our products are customized or made-to-order, which require additional processing time at the factory.

Customized products will take significantly longer to ship and deliver compared to standard items.
We strongly recommend that customers carefully review product descriptions and ensure they are comfortable with the extended timeline before placing an order. Customized and made-to-order products are non-cancellable once production has begun and are not eligible for expedited shipping.
Tracking information will be automatically sent to the email address used to place the order once your order has shipped. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.
