The pre-order price of the EZ-UP Aurora is the price listed on the official website of the Spark (https://www.sparkperceptions.com) or on the Crowdfunding platforms where you place your orders. Any pre-order price listed on these websites will not include taxes and shipping fees, which depend on where these pre-order items are shipped to. They will be calculated closer to the time of delivery and indicated on your Final lnvoice. You are responsible for paying these additional taxes and shipping fees. lf you present a check for any payment, we may process the payment as an normal check transaction, or we may use information from your check to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your account, in which case your bank account will reflect this transaction as an Electronic Fund Transfer.

After you submit your completed pre-order and the options you selected become available in production, we will send you the Final Invoice base on your order details. In your final invoice, we will provide a credit to the final pre-order price equivalent to the amount of the Pre-Order Payment you paid. Until you receive your Final invoice, you may cancel your pre-order at any time, in which case you will receive a full refund of your Pre-Order Payment. We will provide shipping information once your pre-order is ready for shipping. Until you receive your shipping details, you may cancel your pre-order but is subject to a cancellation fee that is up to 15% of your Final Invoice price. After you pre-order items are shipped, you cannot cancel the order, and will need to return the product after the delivery is made. Return of the product is subject to a charge up to 15% of your Final invoice price plus the shipping fees.

You understand that the Spark may not have completed the development of the EZ-UP Aurora or begun manufacturing the EZ-UP Aurora at the time you entered into this Agreement and so we do not guarantee when your EZ-UP Aurora will actually be delivered. Your actual delivery date is dependent on many factors, including the manufacturing availability. To secure your final payment and performance under the terms of this Agreement, we will retain a security interest in the EZ-UP Aurora and all proceeds therefrom until your obligation have been fulfilled.

All UNUSED and UNOPENED products purchased through www.sparkperceptions.com may be returned for a full refund within fourteen (14) days following the date of purchase. You may return an unused product purchased at www.sparkperceptions.com within the above return period, subject to your compliance with the following conditions: *You include all original packaging in like new condition, *You include all accessories and documentation in undamaged, unused new condition, *You include the product in undamaged, unused like new condition, and *You include a receipt documenting your purchase of the product at www.sparkperceptions.com within the above return period.

To initiate your return, please use the following procedure: *Contact Spark Perceptions Customer Support at support@sparkperceptions.com. After we receive your email, and have confirmed that your product is eligible for return, we will provide you with the appropriate return address for the item. The customer must pay the shipping for the return package. Include the product and all required items listed above in the section “Conditions for Return.” The receipt of purchase must indicate the product to be returned, price paid, and date of purchase. *Ship the package at your local UPS or FedEx drop-off location.

Spark Perceptions Company will endeavor to issue a refund to the instrument of purchase within 10 business days of receiving an unused returned product that complies with the conditions for return set forth above. Spark Perceptions Company reserves the right to deduct the cost of return shipping from your order.
